A solid garden wall demarcates the forecourt from the landscaped outdoor courtyard, which features an external fireplace, a planted pergola, and a pool encircled by lush vegetation. The floor plan is centred around a simple rectangular form. The design of the house emphasizes longevity and adaptability, ensuring it will evolve in tandem with the occupant's needs.
